1. Services Provided

AS Coaching agrees to provide 1-1 online running coaching services to the Client, which may include, but are not limited to, personalised training plans, progress tracking, advice and feedback.

2. Term of Agreement
This Agreement will commence today and will continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms set forth herein.

3. Fees and Payment

– Payment shall be made in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

– Any additional costs or expenses incurred by the Coach on behalf of the Client, which have been pre-approved by the Client, shall be reimbursed by the Client within 30 days of receipt of an invoice.

4. Client Responsibilities

– The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information to the Coach regarding their health, fitness level, and training history.

– The Client agrees to follow the training plan and guidelines provided by the Coach and to communicate openly and honestly about any issues or concerns.

– The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own safety and well-being during training and must consult their physician before beginning any new exercise program.

5. Coach Responsibilities

– AS Coaching agrees to provide professional coaching services, including creating a personalised training plan and offering guidance and support throughout the coaching term.

– AS Coaching will maintain confidentiality of all personal information shared by the Client, except as required by law.

– AS Coaching will respond to the Client’s inquiries and provide feedback in a timely manner.

6. Termination

– Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

– If the Coach terminates this Agreement, the Client will receive a prorated refund of any prepaid coaching fees for services not yet rendered.

7. Confidentiality

– Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all personal, financial, and other sensitive information shared during the coaching relationship.

– This confidentiality agreement extends beyond the termination of this Agreement.

8. Acknowledgment

The Client acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
